• Dedicated Resources
• Domain Services
• Email Hosting
• Managed/Unmanaged Support

Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities on your account

Payments & Billing

• All services are prepaid unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices must be paid before the due date.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to immediate account closure.

Service Usage

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Malware, phishing, spam
• Hosting copyrighted content without permission
• Hacking, DDoS, or harmful actions
• Resource abuse (details in AUP)

Backups

We provide routine backups for certain plans, but:

• Backups are not guaranteed
• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups

Support

Support is available via:

• Tickets
• Email
• Live chat

Unmanaged services include limited support for hardware/network only.

Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Non-payment
• Violation of TOS or AUP
• Security threats
• Abuse complaints

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• Business loss
• Financial damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

Changes to Policy

We may modify this TOS at any time. Continued use equals acceptance.
